The clients' brief included open plan living, indoor-outdoor flow, office and guest appartment separated from the family living spaces. The house 'sits' gently on a sloping site, overlooking Kerikeri's golf course. Image 2-3 Details Landscaping this terrain was a challenge for the owners. Two natural spring fed ponds add interest and render a tranquil feel to the property.
